Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-07-20
This policy explains what personal data Clarté Peptides collects on this pre-launch site, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a waitlist and improve the site. We never sell your personal data.

1. Who is responsible for your data
Aerxus (trading as Clarté Peptides) is the data controller for the information described below. For any question about this policy or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@clarte.example.com.

2. What we collect
We only collect what you give us or what is strictly needed to operate the site:
- Waitlist form: your first name, email address, country, an optional primary goal, and your language. We record your marketing consent and the date it was given.
- Eligibility check: the answers you give in the on-site questionnaire. These are stored in aggregated, language-neutral form to understand overall trends; a short summary profile may be attached to your email if you submit one.
- First-party analytics: an anonymous, randomly generated session identifier (stored in your browser), your device type, page language, the pages and actions viewed, and any campaign parameters (UTM) in the link you arrived from. This is not linked to your identity.
- AI advisor: the messages you type into the on-site advisor widget, so it can reply.
- Technical data: your IP address is processed transiently to apply rate limits and prevent abuse; it is not stored alongside your waitlist entry.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your data to: add you to the launch waitlist and send you early-access and launch updates; suggest a routine in response to the eligibility check; measure and improve how the site performs; reply to your questions; and keep the site secure.
For visitors in the EU/EEA and the UK, our legal bases are: your consent for marketing emails and for the routine suggestion (you may withdraw it at any time); and our legitimate interest in running first-party analytics, preventing abuse, and securing the site.

4. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We store two small values in your browser's local storage: your language preference and a random, anonymous session identifier used only for our own analytics. You can clear these at any time from your browser settings.
If a tag manager is ever added, this policy will be updated first and any non-essential trackers will be subject to your consent.

5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for others' marketing. We rely on a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:
- Netlify — website hosting and content delivery.
- Supabase — database hosting for the waitlist and analytics.
- Resend — sending transactional and launch emails.
- DeepSeek — generating the AI advisor's replies from the messages you send it.

6. International transfers
Some of our providers are located outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The AI advisor's replies are generated by a provider that may process your messages outside the EEA — please do not enter personal, health or otherwise sensitive information into the advisor.

7. How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or until we decide not to launch, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for a limited period to observe trends. If you unsubscribe or ask for erasure, we delete your identifiable data promptly, keeping only what the law requires us to retain.
CLP.LEGAL.01·08
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw any consent you gave — without affecting processing already carried out. Every marketing email also includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@clarte.example.com. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr).

9. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your data. This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product evolves; the date at the top will change and, for material changes, we will make the update clear. For any privacy question, contact hello@clarte.example.com.
